Risborough Rangers U18 1

A WELL DESERVED VICTORY OVER RISBOROUGH RANGERS U18 LIFTED THE TEAM OF THE BOTTOM OF THE TABLE. THE WHOLE TEAM BATTLE WELL ON A VERY BOGGY BEACH. MAN OF THE MATCH DANNY STROUD WORKED HARD ALONGSIDE RYAN CHAPMAN IN THE CENTRE. ONCE AGAIN THE EVER RELIABLE CENTRE BACK PAIRING OF SKIPPER JAMIE MALONEY AND HENRI MILLARD KEPT THE RISBOROUGH ATTACK AT BAY WITH SHOTS COMING IN FROM DISTANCE ALLOWING OUR KEEPER MARTIN BLOOMFIELD TO SHOW HIS ATHLETICISM BETWEEN THE STICKS. TWO EXCELLENT FINISHES FROM FORWARD JAMES CHALONER KEPT US INCONTROL UNTILL THE OPPOSITION SCORED AND PUT US UNDER PRESSURE FOR THE LAST 15 MINS. THE WHOLE TEAM THEN DUG DEEP AND SHOWED GREAT CHARACTER TO BRING HOME THE POINTS. WELL DONE LADS.
