Our Annual 6 aside tournament dates have been set for the 10/11 May 2008.
Note : Their is a ladies competition on the following Sunday 18th May 2008
Application forms can be found under the Club Documents link on the left hand menu of this screen.
For those of you who have attended before you will know just how popular this event is and we have had many accolades to that effect.
All games are overseen by qualified referees and safety is our most important factor.
We wish you a successful year for 2008 and look forward to seeing you at our tournamemt.

This is held on the First Thursday of every month unless otherwise stated. All teams must be represented by their Managers or a Nominated person.

Important Note :
If a team is not represented then you may miss out or even lose out on important/urgent information that may be of benefit to your team, so if your Manager cannot make it or cannot be bothered to attend then let him or her know that you would be willing to attend instead of them or in their absence.

The committee is currently looking for people to join the committee to support us in running this very successful club. It is one committee meeting a month and also doubles up as a social event as well so you can still relax and have a fun time.
We really do need your help and support...

The committee is now doing all the preparation work to ensure a successful 6 aside tournament this year, to enable this to be a success various meetings are being held to ensure that all requirements are in-hand and have an owner, therefore the following is a schedule of meetings to be held on this subject only...

The CYFC AGM is normally held in the month of June each year. Once the date is known it will be advertised. The meetings are normally held at the St Andrews Sports & Social Club.
The meeting will start promptly at 8:30pm (20:30 hours).
The AGM is not just an Annual meeting for the committee, it is for you the parents, supporters etc to attend and hopefully help to further shape the future of the club for the benefit of all, however you can only do this if you attend. Team managers should encourage you to attend, so come on let's get this club flourishing even more than what it already is and we'll see you at the AGM.
If you have any general/specific items that you wish to be discussed at this meeting, then please let us know and we will ensure that the subject is discussed, however please ensure you attend yourself otherwise it may not be clear as to your exact concerns and therefore may not get the coverage it deserves.
Please note that if you wish to challenge any existing club rules/regulations/byelaws then you "MUST" submit a letter outlining your issue by close of play at least 2 weeks before the advertised meeting date. Any such items not received at least 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the advertised date may not be discussed at this AGM. You will need to send this letter by one of 2 routes...

Note : The success of any club is as strong as the support it recieves. It is encumbent upon all of us to give our support to a worthwhile activity and the existence of a football club within any community is something we should all be supporting not only and foremost for our children and their development but also for the friendships and strong community links that this type of club can bring to our lives.
The CYFC to ensure it's survival and continued success needs your help not just at weekend matches but for all the other activities throughout the year which bring in vital funds to ensure that we can provide you with all the modern equipment etc that you require to help you to succeed.
This year some of the committee will be stepping down due to other commitments and have given an enormous amount of their time to move the club forward and into the future, we are therefore looking for fresh new blood onto the committee to bring their ideas and suggestions, even if you can only give 1-2 hours a week then this would be a valuable input to supporting the club. If you cannot or do not wish to sit on the committee but would like to pledge a couple of hours here and there, then please let a committee member know or send your details via the contact us link on the left of this screen and someone from the committee will contact you.
