The Managers role can sometimes be a thankless task, however with the help of your dedicated support through Leo Forchine, Allan Davies and Steve Cooper is a credit to your management skills. The committee wish to extend their thanks and appreciation to Jon Daniels for the support and commitment you have portrayed in both your roles as a Team Manager and a Committee member. Jon is new to the committee and has adopted the challenging role of CPO (Child Protection Officer) and is currently highly involved in the latest "Respect" program to bring our club in line. He also manages a Girls team (currently U10's). Both very much valued roles. Once again many thanks and well done. The certificate has the following statement enclosed... In recognition of personal contribution to Chinnor Youth Football Club where Jon is successfully managing a young girls teams (U10’s) and has worked hard to build up a strong team. Spending many of your personal hours to ensure that the club teams have a home pitch allocated as well as a qualified ref is often taken as granted and therefore not appreciated. In recognition of personal contribution to Chinnor Youth Football Club where Dave has single handedly Managed the U18’s in preparation for their journey to men’s football. He has also done exceptionally well in managing the pitch allocation for the clubs matches as well as keeping everybody informed of all the league fixture changes as well. Further to his credit he has managed the Referee’s rota ensuring that no home game misses an allocated ref. This is a great achievement, well done.
