In an ever changing property market, Bellwood Homes are able to offer several services to our clients.

We primarily develop and sell new homes, most of which are in the Local area. Our current development of seven properties is in Longwick, between Chinnor and Princes Risborough. Five of these cottage style, brick and flint new homes are already sold and occupied, but the remaining two four bedroom detached homes are for sale, and now even available to rent.

We have turned to the rental market whilst uncertainty remains in the wider housing market as we feel our products should be available to many different clients. In connection with this, we also have a lovely three bedroom chalet bungalow also available in Longwick. This property is due to be fitted with a new kitchen and will be fully redecorated.

Bellwood Homes have recently opened a bespoke property refurbishment and alteration service. We are able to offer clients our years of experience in all building and property matters and we are currently working on several refurbishment projects from Central London to Buckinghamshire.
